At Dazzling Water, swimming pools aren’t just our business, they’ve been part of our day-to-day life for over 15 years.
We’re a family-owned and operated company based in New Zealand, and everything we do comes from real, hands-on experience. We started out servicing pools, working directly with customers, turning up to green pools, cloudy water, and jobs that other products just weren’t fixing properly.
Over time, we kept seeing the same thing — certain pools would improve for a while, then slip back into problems again. It was frustrating for customers, and just as frustrating for us as technicians. We knew there had to be a better way to properly reset pool water, not just patch it up.
That’s what led us to create Dazzle.
We developed Dazzle specifically to fix these recurrent problem pools, and over the past five years we’ve put a huge amount of time into researching, developing, and trialling it. Not just in controlled conditions, but in real pools, with real issues — the kind we deal with every day.
Because of our background, we don’t see things from a lab perspective — we see them from the poolside. We know what works, what doesn’t, and what customers actually need. Dazzle was built from that experience, to simplify the process and deliver a result you can see.
Today, we still stay closely connected to the industry. We work with pool owners, retailers, and professionals who want something that actually performs — not just another product on the shelf.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: make pool care easier, and deliver water so clear it genuinely makes people stop and say “wow.”
